End of Week One of getting back into training. Keen to start losing the gut and excess shiz. Good to see SOME size and definition still shows through a little bit after a good pump out.
I had a very low point in my life, which we all get those from time to time. My world was falling a part. I stopped training. I kept eating. And I just lost myself. So this video is the result of the end of Week One and the start of Week Two begins tomorrow! KEEN.
